Sorry. In my defence, it was a pretty vague post & I couldn’t 100% tell which side of the axe you were grinding.

Oh yeah. I mentioned that in my initial post....but did you notice how everyone ignores the fact that he’s done like 98% of the groundwork for the stuff he hasn’t delivered on and there have been continual constant steps in the direction to achieving those goals

Jalopniks: We want crazy wedge designs like they were making back in the 70's and 80's like the Countachor the Delorean!!!!!!

Show me some facts then, Mr. cold hard facts. Because I don’t actually see you providing anything even close to resembling an argument. just an assertion that there are two kinds of facts. one you define as an opinion. which is, in fact, not a fact. there are only one type of facts...facts.

are you a joke? or just deliberately being ignorant?

I like how you point out the over promises(legit complaint) but totally ignore the actual delivery. Tesla has accomplished almost everything they have promised. EVERYTHING. Not always exactly in the timeframe promised, sometimes over budget and more expensive than promised but they deliver.

I kind of agree. you made it worse.

100% convinced we were trolled. I think the chassis was real and the body was a “fake”....

Also

I FUCKING LOVE IT..it’s like nothing. stark brutal and functional.

Sooo cool.

The Whittington Brothers biopic.

thanks for that.

It’s simple. Most American customers have strong ideas about what a car “should look like” and scream and hurl feces like monkeys when confronted with something new. and most car company execs and marketing people put far far too much value in the opinions of people like “Marge from Iowa city” and “Bubba from

Laugh now while you can. Those “knife-stabbing knots” you complain about are just nature’s way of telling you that you are unfit in evolutionary terms and your progeny will most likely die off in the impending social and economic apocalypse. Those of us who can metabolise a wider variety of food sources will flourish

Peter Schreyer has been designing cars for Kia since 2006. they have been making good looking cars since 2012 or so, just because you finally noticed we’re supposed to think it’s just become a thing now?

Our culture and it’s designers have a language they use in their design and artist statements. Others have theirs. I think translation is often a problem for foreign corporations. I remember reading a promo pamphlet for Samick guitars back in the (I want to say 90's) and it read like a cheap bodice ripper romance

About 20 years ago I was hitching to the west coast on a summer voyage of self discovery and adventure.

The mall in my town, and my trip to Florida a couple years ago, say you are very very wrong.

About 2 years ago for me. it’s all just academic now.

I own a civic, love my civic, brag about my civic, and defend my civic as the “Ultimate car” against anything on wheels today.

but having said all of that...A Crown Vic is a decent second choice.

soooo........a Chevy then.
