WATCHED THE NEXT 5 MINUTES DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING EITHER

Ok I'm 5 minutes into 'Parents' from Master of None and oh man I'm bawling my eyes out I did not see this coming.

My insomnia has driven me to Netflix, which pointed me to Master of None! It's good! Didn't really know what to expect, but I liked what I saw in the first ep.

The Republicans are getting the candidate they truly deserve.

*hugs*

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SG!

Honest to god, I think I had the muggle-less-pink-obsessed version of Prof. Umbridge in my History tutorial today.

John Oliver is 2/2 with his main segments this season. Tonight's in particular was brilliant and most of all gravely important.

Yay! Glad to hear you had a good day!

Also, oh my goodness I'm so sorry I forgot but HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! I hope you had a fantastic day!

I unfortunately did not bring my book of hers with me and am time pressed this semester, but mid-year I think I will be doing just that.

We studied her through the theme of 'belonging' - a word I now try and avoid as much as possible along with NSW students who graduated from 2009-2014 - and I think that was a really great introduction to her. I only remember 'I had been hungry all the years', 'I died For Beauty', 'I gave myself to him' and 'A word

The HSC - years 11/12 high school syllabus in Sydney/New South Wales - has Donne and the play W;t in a comparative/intertextual unit that one of my good friends studied, so I've been hearing this for a while now. I'm excited to study him, I honestly haven't done much poetry outside of Emily Dickinson, which I enjoyed

Oh man those are some great texts. It was between this and an Austen course, but that's going to run again in 2 years.

Oh man, that sounds like an awesome course. What other texts are on there?

A Cappella Hamilton in 7 minutes anyone?

If you don't mind me asking, what's the course the class is in about?

Brecht! Brecht! BRECHT!

Cool beans! Enjoy!
