The problem is, we are in an age where you can buy twin turbo V6 family haulers. You’re best bet is to just buy a fun car and save the dick measuring for your bedroom.

By “they” do you mean the crowd of bystanders into whom you will drift?

That’s it, the momentum has officially shifted; Cars & Coffee will no longer be plagued by Mustang drivers. From here forth, the new overlord of C&C demolition will be the (2017) Subaru BRZ (with manual transmission).

Well, it may only be 5 extra HP, but here is to hoping the power delivery is improved. The car has a huge dead spot at something like 4000 RPM, if the power is more linear it is going to feel a lot faster.

I hope this doesn’t happen to you.

It’s pronounced groveL. As in what all Subaru wagon devotees have been doing for two plus years begging for it to be brought to North America.

So I’ve had a similar problem as many commenters here. Had a bunch of subarus, 3 of them wagons. I really wanted a replacement for my 07 WRX wagon. Such a great car. We held onto hope for the last two years that Subaru would grow a pair and ship the Levorg to the US. NOPE!

I guess the whole manual wagon thing has already been explored on Jalopnik

More importantly, is it pronounced Levorg (as in organ) or Levorg (as in orgy)? I think we have one of those gif versus gif debates on our hands.

Ohh look another awesome wagon we won’t see stateside.

The wrx levorg is supposed to be coming to Australia this year, I’m waiting to test drive one to replace my airtrek (Japanese market evo motor outlander) picture of her launching attached.

I’ve owned an ‘04 Legacy 5spd Wagon, an ‘04 WRX Wagon, and still driving our loved 2007 WRX wagon. I’ve been holding out for a New Real Subaru WRX Wagon for the past 3 years. I’ve looked at Used ‘10-’14 WRX/STIs 5 doors but they are usually expensive for used and not taken care of well. I saw the future when I bought

COTD Nom

I like the new face on the JDM only. Hope they do the same for USDM.

Kinda reminds me of the Liberal Baruta kit.

Food for thought... BRZ FA20 engine 12.5:1 compression ratio.

This pic was taken when the kids were 5 and 3 years old. My wife and I have to adjust our seats a bit. I'm 5,7 and my wife is 5,4. Its not my ideal everyday driving position, but like I said I've done road trips like this. Its manageable. Its not 4 door convienient to get the kids in and out or buckled. I just suck it

That's the real character of the BRZ: It's daddy's first sports car. The little seats in the back, big enough to fit a child seat and not much else. The safe and secure roadholding. The quiet exhaust. It's a car that's easy to justify buying and easy to keep out of trouble with little experience.
