This is the same umpire that caused Novak Djokovic to have a meltdown at Wimbledon this year. In the past, he’s also penalized Rafael Nadal for slow play and, similar to what he did when he penalized Serena for calling him a thief, he penalized Andy Murray for calling his umpiring in a match stupid.
