There were over 10 million sign ups, if there were only “thousands” of people having issues, then they are doing pretty good for a brand new launch if only .0001 were having issues.

It’s not a bait and switch just because you didn’t pay attention. They were always very transparent about release dates. They never claimed there would be new Marvel content at launch.
