I’ven’t met any, but as I said I’ve not been here all that long.

I think I’m observing (and mebbe participating in?) the gentrification of The Point in Salem; I see two apartment buildings within a block of me getting gutted and refurbished as I make my rounds. I still got weird looks from people who’re surprised that a white person lives down here tho.

No! I’ve been meaning to, but it keeps not working out for whatever reason. We’re pescatariäns, but they actually serve tofu-pups there (just like at Spike’s), so we’d be all set.

I’ve had so much worse times on the Mass Pike than on the NJTP. Altho the haters do get one thing right: one of the worst smells I’ve ever smelt was on the Turnpike right outside Elizabeth. Uggggghhhh.

The Roast Beef thing is pretty odd for me, because I’d never heard of it before. At least when I lived near Philly, I was expecting the cheesesteaks and scrapple everywhere.

We can bring this up next time they’re talking about their latest get-together at an awesome biergarten in Milwaukee or a dive bar in D.C.!

Oh… Cape May, then?

Well then, I guess we’ve already had the AV Club North Shore Meet-Up!

Ha! “Under 90” as in “South of the Mass Pike” or “Less than 90 MPH”! It can be two things!

Negative. Did you see a guy with a cryïng infant strapped to his chest, who had to go to the back three times to keep his preschool-aged son from playing with the monster truck toys while he was tryïng to check out?

The real shore?

When my parents were visiting for Christmas, they went to Turner’s without me and raved about it. La Signora and I’ve been meaning to get up there, but with Il Signorino and now La Signorina we don’ve too much time for those sort of things.

Whereäbouts? We have to triängulate our centerpoint for the obviöusly-actually-goïng-to-happen North Shore AVClub meet0up!

I don’t know those places, but only because I’ve only been to Essex once, to take Il Signorino to the elementary school playground these in my effort to visit every playground around. (Is there a good one in Rockport? I’ve never been there at all.) The only authentic seafood joint I’ve been to in these parts (I’ve

Alright North Shore on the AVClub! I’m in Salem! And M-b-t-S is the halfway point between us! We’ll’ve t’organize an AVClub meet-up at Captain Dusty’s!

It’s funny, because I live on the North Shore (just two towns or so away from M-b-t-S), and have previöusly lived in Boston. And that accent is everywhere up here, but Boston is so full of transplants that I almost never heard it down there.

That and that cool new treehouse-themed playground in Masconomo Park, right across from Captain Dusty’s Ice Cream!

I know if’s not what he meant, but is there a president who would just have let them go and be there own country? That seems to me like the most likely way to prevent the war. Speculative fiction is rife with authors discussing a Southern victory, but I’ven&rquo;t seen one where Lincoln and the Radical Republicans say

If you want me to get your joke (which might be a big if), you’ll’ve t’explain it, as I don’t watch the show so I haven’t engaged in the fora.

Dœs it seem like a technicality if I point out that I said “people like Spencer”? If so, I’ll give this one to you.
