I think Kevin was a decent protagonist. I mean if you haven’t watched S2&3 then you might not think so (I personally loved Season 1 and thought he was great there’s too).

Peak TV problems has no issues nominating the same old tired nominees though. Rami Malek’s performance was very very good in Season 2. Much better than Kevin Spacey and Milo Ventimiglia.

It’s okay. Definitely not as good as people are saying it is. I think it’s overhyped because people love the ‘everyday life, relatable’ aspect of the show that they claim they’ve never seen on TV. To which I say: Watch Parenthood and Friday Night Lights, they are infinitely better. Also the show’s script is too

This year’s nominees, except for a few exceptions are kind of terrible. Incredibly repetitive and just boring. It’s like the voters didn’t watch any show and just nominated ones that 1) are perennial nominees regardless of their quality 2) the shows that created the most buzz, good or bad.

Whatever. I’m still bitter about Carrie Coon not even being nominated. Before the noms were out I was 100% sure she was going to win the Emmy. I mean it’s her win. But hey, Emmy voters are bunch of idiots (See: Modern Family continued noms. Also, maybe unpopular, but the crazy amount noms for This is Us.)

YES YES YES CARRIE COON WAS ROBBED. I’m very bitter about this and will be for a while. How does the academy literally not nominate the BEST PERFOMANCE OF THE YEAR?!?!

Exactly. Monica and Chandler were absolute perfection. I don’t think I can find any scene between them that was dull, boring or terrible. And the fact that they didn’t have any will-they-won’t-they between them makes them even more heartwarming because they were slated to end up together and had a healthy

This year’s Emmy noms are such shit. Total repetitive nonsense. So much mediocrity with the nominees. I thought the Emmys were improving last year, what with Rami Malek, Tatiana Maslany winning but this year.. well it isn’t. Case in point: Modern Family getting nominated.

It’s ugly. There is said it. Also what the fuck is the pricing for this? The damn phone starts at $999. Too fucking expensive.

And Milo Ventimiglia (don’t get me wrong, I really like him, especially on Gilmore Girls, but a nom for him over Justin Theroux?! Come on!

Carrie Coon was absolutely phenomenal. In my opinion she gave the best performance of the year! Better than some of favs too (Elisabeth Moss, Nicole Kidman). She is literally 10 notches above every single nominee. The Emmys are crazy.

I seriously can’t fathom how the best show of the year with the best performances of the year isn’t even nominated. Seriously, all the Emmy noms are actually second rate to that show.

The person who really deserves to win wasn’t even nominated. Yeah I’m talking about Justin Theroux’s fantastic performance on the Leftovers. Easily the best male performance on TV this year.

Season 6 was a slight drop but Season 5 was pretty brilliant!

Noooooo!!! This is probably for the best since the show shouldn’t continue if they’ve run out of material but this is seriously the funniest show on TV right now with a stellar cast and I don’t want to see it go just yet :(

Urgh the Dean awfulness begins. God. I actually felt so bad for Lindsey and I think that Rory didn’t get enough shit for what she (and ofcourse stupid dumb Dean) did.

Obligatory the American office had Steve Carrell so it won comment.

Okay but the notion that Boom-mic guy was a ‘better’ choice is bullshit. Jim wasn’t perfect, yes but I hardly think he’s as much as an asshole as the article is portraying him as. He had many flaws that basically accentuated the fact that he isn’t perfect and is a human being. Just like Michael, Dwight, etc. Boom mic

Parks and Rec was a more consistent show. Yes. But it never reached the heights The Office did in in it so 2nd and 3rd seasons. Those seasons were practically comedy gold that in my opinion no show has reached.

Really well written. I don’t know why, but the fact that 19 years later starts today makes me emotional and very nostalgic. I remember when I first read the book, I calculated that it would be 10 years later that the epilogue would start... and now here we are...
