This looks a mess. The special effects and CGI they show in the trailer looks great, but then that awful shake’n go wig on Edward? Every time Edward is shown I can’t take my eyes off that awful hair.

In the later levels there are multiple tracks you can switch between. But you’re not free-floating like in Rez.
This is a fantastic article and it’s a subject that I feel needs to be discussed more. I’ve been a fan of Anime from the mid-90s and fan service has always been kind of a shameful aspect of Anime. An aspect that kept me from unabashedly recommending some anime series as I know some would have a bad reaction to it.
Yeah, there’s music and you press visual cues in time to that music, but it’s less like Rock Band or traditional rhythm games.
The game started development back in 2009, long before VR was really a thing. So the VR is more a cool feature than a must have.
This is why I loathe to use voice chat with players I don’t know. This kind of outburst is sadly too common. Which sucks because you kind of need voice chat to do well in Competitive matches with people you don’t know.
Yeah... No thank you. This is why I immediately downloaded the Japanese language pack. There’s just a better weight/heft behind the Japanese voice actors work. It seems like they’re actually acting as opposed to just reading the lines without knowing their context. It’s like the difference between an author reading…
Yeah, but the quality of voice acting in English vs. Japanese is still night and day. The Japanese actors actually act, the English performers sounds like they’re boringly reading lines.
Just so you know, the latter pronunciation is the correct one. To my ears they’re very different, I think had he given the pronunciations to ‘breathe’ a bit more without the fast editing you could hear it too. Just listen to the first pronunciation of ‘Takamaki’. The second ‘a’ is barely there.
TOTALLY. While playing this game I keep thinking it would be perfect for the Switch! Especially after playing Persona 4 Golden, I am dying to play Persona 5 as a portable. Persona as a portable is just too good of a marriage.
It’s not quite that early, or at least it wasn’t for me. Mine was when a timid Persona begged for their life, that’s when the personality type was explained, but it wasn’t explained as in depth as it is in the tutorial.
Orisa would be an anchor tank with a small tweak here or there. He shield just needs either to be a little bit bigger or have more HP. But I would argue a bigger shield would be better and the trade off could be slightly longer cooldown. It seems they didn’t want her shield to compete with Rein’s so they gave her the…
I agree, if you enjoyed Mass Effect, then you’ll love this game. Also faces/people can look a bit off, which is a bit disappointing especially when it seems like a step backwards from Dragon Age: Inquisition’s facial animations. But, the rest of the graphics/imagery is incredible! A lot of care and love went into…
And one other note, they (Shepard’s team) didn’t tote the Citadel to Earth. The Citadel is taken over by The Reapers and transported to Earth and closed (and assumingly purged because when you get there there are piles of bodies everywhere) since they know its true purpose after The Illusive Man beats Shepard to the…
Hmm. This comment is so out of place and fucking stupid.
She does have a bit of everything, and a lot of abilities inspired by other Overwatch heroes abilities. But they’re always not as good as the original. It doesn’t ever feel like it’s too much.
Like her shield is obviously like Reinhardt’s but it doesn’t last as long at all, nor does it have as wide of coverage. Her…
“The service was announced alongside the reveal of a new Nvidia Shield unit, which looks a lot like the last Nvidia Shield, only this one can do 4K.”
“Overwatch is an online shooter with no story.”
That was the Platinum Demo, the one with Carbuncle that basically just serves to show that the weather changes in the game... yeah, that wasn’t much fun. Having played the real FFXV I can tell you the final boss battle in that demo is more along the lines of what you wil experience in the actual game, but for the…
Yeah, it’s a bit similar. But the fact that the Hanamura map has an Arcade, and other shops in addition to the shrine area make this comparison a bit wonky.
