^^I was thinking the exact same thing. I don’t know how this news sounds to anyone with different life experiences from mine, but for me...it makes my skin crawl.

And is it weird that they are literally celebrating the death of a high school student. Soulful appreciation is one thing, but they are literally cheering on an event that included the senseless death of a girl.
In other words she continues to be a parent to her children and love them no matter how old they are - as most parents do - and he doesn’t give a fuck about them now they’re old enough to see he is a douche and no longer worship the ground he walks on.
Ironically it was another Douglas High School survivor Kyle Kashuv who offered the most grounded counter-argument on “Face the Nation.”
