The reason the Android app isn’t out yet is because there is huge variety in Android cameras whereas there are very few iPhone models that it needs to be compatible with. Huzzah fragmentation.

I love our tokens - I use a monthly pass and miss them. They are rolling out a new card based system in the next couple years (which is good and I get it but I still love our tokens).
