Nintendo’s fiscal year 2020 (April-March, so it excludes the first few dismal months of 2018 and includes Animal Crossing this upcoming spring) has been absolutely fantastic. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a strong, steady stream of excellent first party titles. It does almost seem, though, like they were trying to

I’m on the fifth dungeon of Link’s Awakening.

On a semi-related note, can someone just agree with me on how GOOD the music from Fire Emblem: Three Houses is? There are so many epic tracks in that game.

I’m so happy that I’m lucky enough to live in a place where most people don’t even have AC because nights stay cool...my house gets kinda gross warm in the summer during the daytime, but at 7pm all the windows open up and it quickly cools down. In winter, I’m super energy-efficient, turning the heat to 55 overnight

eek, I have these in my house, in yellow...

Finished my first playthrough of FE Three Houses a few nights ago (went Black Eagles), then immediately started a NG+ with Blue Lions. So far, I actually like the Blue Lions students more than I had the Black Eagle crew, with the exception of finding Dimitri far less enigmatic and interesting than Edelgard. Excited to

How? I just finished a Black Eagle playthrough in about 40 hours, and I don’t think I rushed it.

I can’t blow bubbles with bubble gum, roll my tongue, or whistle.

Maybe among quite a few hardcore Zelda fans and on things like r/zelda, but from a mainstream perspective, yes it was almost certainly the most well-received. It has a 97 on metacritic, and brought back millions of fans who had otherwise ditched the series. For every naysayer saying “I want the hookshot back!” (in a

Breath of the Wild is literally the best selling, and arguably the most well-received (maybe second after OoT) Zelda game in history. There is absolutely no way Nintendo wasn’t going to capitalize on its success with a sequel.

Watch The Americans because it actually totally nailed it’s final, condensed season. The show keeps a very consistent quality throughout the entire run, although some find season 5 to be a bit slow.

This! You should only use teleport to recover, kill out of shield, or snipe people charging projectiles. Otherwise, using it in neutral is no bueno.

I haven’t really had much lag at all; the connection seems to be far superior to Smash 4. But the lack of options is pretty infuriating. For example, why can’t I play online against my sister and her boyfriend two states away? Why is there no “join friend” option? No CPUs in battle arenas? Why do battle arenas close

Zelda in Ultimate isn’t from Ocarina of Time, she’s based on her appearance in A Link Between Worlds. :)

We always do this, but it’s almost like seasons are different in different locales! How weird! Where I am (a very non-humid place), summer is lovely, with clear warm days and crisp nights.

I can’t believe it will be over after tonight. What other show will I endlessly rave about to my friends, only to have them whine “it’s too slow”, which then results in me insulting their stupid, brainwashed American minds and destroying our friendship?

Which episode did you see?

I would really like to see “Blasphemous Rumors” by Depeche Mode in the finale.

Stan wouldn’t see it that way. Those Russian guys only knew Gaad was even in Thailand because Stan told Philip, who put it in his KGB report. In Stan’s eyes (as well as Gaad’s wife’s eyes), the USSR killed Gaad.

“Graves”, “Deliverance”, and “Heaven/Hell” off the new CHVRCHES are really good. Still a step down from the first two albums, though.
