Exactly! As I mentioned in another comment, I had a 26 weeker in 1990 and he's fine. Every single day counts when you are talking these very premature births.
In 1990 my son was born at 26 weeks. And he has no health issues. So yes, it is possible and even probable. But it's also very expensive and stressful and dangerous.
