I think the musou games have potential, but they never make you think hard enough to actually reach it. They need some other aspect of control. For those wondering about the DNA of this game. There are three directors, which is really weird for a Squarenix RPG, but one of those directors was also on a team of three directors for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, a Team Ninja game. The other two seem to be first-timers who I can’t look up.
