Some form of national healthcare, be it closer to the Swiss (public/private) model, the Canadian model, medicare for all, or Obamacare with more expanded subsidies is coming down the pike and will begin to be a reality when Harris, Gillebrand, Booker, Brown, or Gabbard becomes President in 2020.

It sucks that lower income people get hurt whenever a Kmart closes. However, over time, this trend still stands to benefit society in spades.

The wall will make no difference either way; it won’t hurt or help- just a simple waste of money. At the very least, it will put people to work building something that has no effect on anyone.

I’m not sure Google, Apple, Facebook, and Amazon team leaders and mid level managers- who survive on pay, not necessarily stock options- fall under the category of “exploited.”
