@CapitalOrange: Women who want to terminate their pregnancies have thought about it. Another 24 hours doesn't do anthing but make abortion more expensive and assume that women are idiots.

@jenawithonen: Yes. You're forgetting that rape is your fault, along with pregnancy. As soon as you accept that premise, his comment makes sense.

@ak1: Rather disheartening to know that there are 20 assholes who bought this piece of shit.

@NiteAngel: Lawyer here. Liability is a bit more complex than that.

@kansasgirl: Fellow Bumbuckian here, and proud of it. There's a lot to be said for rural living.

OK, I admit I'm not into porn, but what does this mean?

What is the "unsteady seating of mirrors?" Is there something I don't know? Is this some reference to some sort of pop cultuure that I missed? Or is this just incomprehensivel drivel?

This makes no sense. Assume that a dog is considered to be property, much like a car.

@Pantani: Yup. This perpetuates the stereotype of women as incomplete moral beings. Crap like this allows paternalism to fester, and makes it harder for women to claim their rights as autonomous, moral decision makers.

@keldo: Ditto. I'd like a room with a view of the gardens.

Some people find this quite distasteful, but I think the woman should have the right to abort for any reason. I don't care if its wrong gender, bad timing or nor enough money. Those choices belong to the woman.

This is why my practice does not include family law. Imagine having one of these people for a client ...

@NefariousNewt: He doesn't even read the briefs. Jesus Christ, what an embarassment to the bench.

@patti: I practice in a historically male area of law. Labor law. My colleagues and clients have always treated me with respect, with one notable exception - a disbarred attorney who later became a client.
