PR person, maybe. LAWYER? Never. I work for an ethical lawyer (yes, there are lots of them that exist), but CYA is still the name of the game, and no lawyer would ever write a letter for their client to sign that flat-out admits wrongdoing without hedging.

You should check out Lucy, Daughter of the Devil, another JB/Bouchard collaboration. I love everything those two do together.

Dude, don't "my dear" me as if I'm the asshole making the continuity decisions. I'm just passing along what Yvette Nicole Brown said in an interview, of her own experience, as a possible reason, AND I even indicated that this reasoning might not apply in this scenario. My hair is not kinky but it is very very curly,

I don't know if this is accurate in this particular case, but Yvette Nicole Brown, on Community, said that she almost always wears hairpieces and wigs on set, because curly hair doesn't curl *exactly* the same way on any given day, which can sometimes pose a problem for continuity purposes when contiguous scenes are

What's to explain? Her point was pretty clearly and simply that while she disagrees that Tyra's actions amount to "whiteface," or that "whiteface" is even a thing, Tyra is so annoyingly self-obsessed that one is loathe to ever take her side in anything.

And in turn, I was unaware of the Lieberstein/Daniels connection. Must be why Lieberstein was allowed to run the show into the ground - Daniels probably felt too guilty to demote his brother-in-law.

Haha, rec'd just for the 30 Rock reference. Perfection!

No, you told him that so you could prove you had better taste than "Just Shoot Me"

Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

I second most of the other advice you got in the thread about OKCupid and fetlife, and especially everything @avclub-7b854e1c9778aa8ff839837766cf71d3:disqus posted.

This is all actually great advice. The success of an open relationship really depends on great communication, on establishing clear boundaries and comfort level, and on respecting those boundaries.

I saw them live a few years ago, and they were incredible live. Loose and fun vibe between the band, the songs were not carbon copies of the radio versions, but the musicianship was impeccable throughout. One of my favorite concert experiences. All these people who wanna bag on them can suck it.

Your mechanic sounds like my mechanic, who is also awesome and will fix minor things and refuse to charge me for them, and will be honest and say "it's a just a belt that needed replacing" when a shadier mechanic would've claimed a more expensive part needed to be replaced.

I evangelize for that dude like whoa,

I work in a law office, dealing with prenups, divorces, and estate and health care planning for couples that can't marry legally, and I have to say I completely agree with you. Most people have no idea how many contractual rights and obligations come with marriage, and most people don't think of the implications

… let alone MANY guns, that would necessitate an entire rack. What am I gonna do with a gun rack?

Well, @avclub-cfe912f5cb3aa572bd1c9ae2a9b82207:disqus , @avclub-4f18f486a356810b3ef8008243bcba7a:disqus  says both, I say both, and two is the bare minimum needed to qualify for "people," though neither of us is named Will. (Probably.) So go for it!

I'm waiting for season 7 or 8 when the Girl gets tired of World and decides to go off to college, where she'll meet a Different World.

I haven't watched Homeland yet, so I can't compare, but I used to watch Sleeper Cell and I agree that the show was really fantastic.

Really? I'm a Heat fan, too. "Asshole Villain" seems a stretch for DWade. I rode an elevator with him once and he was very nice, and I know folks who work with him in real life who say he's cool.
