They should still let people buy the skins they want instead of gambling money on a slim chance of getting the skins they want. I mean Halo as a franchise was arguably an integral part of the foundation of the current e-sports industry/model. It was the cornerstone of Major League Gaming for over a decade and helped pave the way for console gamers to partake in large scale competitive tournaments, apart from the Fighting game community.

I think that’s my main issue with the game.  Like, yeah it looks real good.  But it very much looks like a “hey ya still like SpiderMan 2? Here’s a better version of that.”  Something that Spidey games have been chasing after for over 10 years.

As much as I sympathize with the victims of the shooting, I dunno if it’s fair to hold anyone accountable for the gunner. Sans our useless politicians who prevent meaningful prevention of this shit. 

My biggest thought on all of this is the chilling repercussions this is going to have on the smaller esports scenes…
