Rhode Island:

I cannot tell you how many times I have gone to Netflix to watch the latest, just released episodes of a show I like only to not find it on the front page under the “new release” heading... It’s infuriating how they don’t advertise their own shows.

That was roughly my end point as well (though I did see some of the Christmas episode later in the same season). The point where John Stamos decided he was going to be in a high school production of Rocky Horror, completely non-ironically, just killed the show for me. I could not go on after that.

Those reviews were such crap. Infuriating in retrospect. 

Island of the Blue Dolphins straight fucked me up. I wept for days when that damn wolf dog died. 

As Meatloaf once sang, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad.

The struggle is real... I’m a 36" X 34" waist/inseam and I often wonder to myself “WHO THE FUCK ARE THESE SHORT, FAT DUDES WEARING 38" X 29" PANTS?”

Hell, I’m 6'2" and I can’t fit in an airline seat because of my height. I get off the plane with knees raw af. I’ve taken to trying my best to be first in line and requesting an exit seat if possible. It’s been about 50/50 but still causes me anxiety as I work internationally and travel a LOT. 

I’ve told this story a few times before in AV Club comments, but my then-girlfriend and I brought in an entire meal from Popeye’s when we went to see the Star Trek reboot (2009). It went considerably well and the buttery, salty biscuits were amazing.

This sounds almost exactly like this movie called Mortal Engines that I think I watched back in December. I’m still not sure it actually happened. 

Not gonna lie, I put my hand up and covered the TV screen when she took her top off. Arya is like a little sister to me and it just felt wrong to see her naked body. 

This comment did not age well. 

I like Jon Snow but the plot armor has *always* been a huge problem. Every big battle he’s been a part of he should have lost. He was even losing to Carl fucking Tanner in Craster’s Keep.

Yes I’ve watched a few videos on YouTube about it and it seems really great. Not sure it’s worth $190, but still looks really well made. 

Everyone I’ve ever met who has touted Dr. Sebi as a miracle healer has also been an anti-vaxx nutjob.
