But, if I'm not mistaken, that's playback of several tracks which had recorded that information, not someone playing to match.

I was stuck on that part of the game for SOOOOO long.

Given I haven't played, like, half of these, it's nice to see a list that's not entirely made up of those "hold forward to walk through this brain trip we created" levels (I'm looking at you FarCry 3).

"...we've got an expanded military base..."

It's been too long since I've had an excuse to do a Google Image search for Blakuma.

In total agreement. The last boss isn't a quicktime event, and the story doesn't require a small correspondence course with the Halo Wiki to follow.

Cringe

I haven't played the Walking Dead games, yet, but in my experience Tell Tale really does have great visual artists, and horrible animators.

Well I'm certainly not in the office to do work on a Friday.

Nothing says manly like 1:26...

Dear lord. Hulk is straight up goatse-ing...

And, in series style, the first realistic prison escape. Where you make your way to court and sit through hours of talks before being released on bail and snuck away on a plane!

A post about the Off-Topic section of Kotaku has nothing to do with anything in the Off-Topic section of Kotaku?

I actually liked the Tell Tale ones. Much better than that horrible graphics update to the first game.

Off Topic is usually just used as a time for commenters to talk about whatever they want to. The contributor will, in most cases, post something entirely unrelated, and often passé. I appreciate this, it keeps off-topic from becoming a channel for contributors to post "this totally rad thing I found on the internet

I was so sure this was going to turn into one of those advertising comments.

Eh, that was my immediate reaction, but this isn't like someone who was already in fantastic shape lost those last 5 or 6 pounds to hit the nail on the head; it's being shilled as more of a quasi-insperational story about someone who may not have been in great shape finding a reason to want to get healthier.

Has long inside joke with self over kinja, nobody else laughs.
