Based on what I’ve seen/read, the ammo difference is huge. In PvP rocket launchers only picked up one rocket, versus 6-8 rounds for shotguns or snipers. Grenade launchers will be an interesting in-between, supposedly they have a low radius but you get a few shots at the 1-hit kill.

They don’t use it because it’s not hitscan. That might not be a GOOD reason, given how fast the projectiles move, but it takes some adjustment from every other weapon in the game.

I pointed this out downthread, but the “Famous” video was a reinterpretation of Vincent Desiderido’s “Sleep”, and the artist said he was very impressed with Kanye’s version... so it really isn’t the work of a madman or whatever you’re thinking.
I have a bipolar friend and have had some other mental illness in my own family, so I understand your feeling here. For me the song that first really put Kanye’s suffering into perspective from Young Jeezy’s “Put On.” Most of the song’s lyrics are whatever, but Kanye’s verse is heartbreaking.
