The "zone" and the anti-zone are usually random variation.

Also the stoned superhearing is probably an audio hallucination (at least that's happened to me before, like I'll think I'm hearing a conversation between a bunch of cops about to bust down my door and arrest me).

I've always thought Messi was better, but this really slams the door shut on that whole debate.

I don't think the suggestion that all Nickelback fans are terrible people is being seriously entertained here, though admittedly that does happen a lot on the internet. But fanbase generalizations can still be made in good fun.

The first three are good, and Nickelback is bad.

I like both Gershwin and Jimmy Buffett. It's not some mind-blowing paradox.

I sort of give RHCP a pass because they used to be good and somewhat original. Uplift Mofo Party Plan to Blood Sugar Sex Magik is just great music. Of course, One Hot Minute is meh, and everything after that is horrifyingly bad.

Nickelback is not a has-been; they're a never-was.

The NFL is probably doing them a favor. I haven't even tried Bose, but I can't imagine they sound worse than Beats.

Reporters seem to take the "never reveal your source" thing pretty seriously. It'd be nice if one of them spilled the beans though. Maybe there's like a roundabout way to do it, like, "my sources tell me that one of the sources was Bob from accounting."

It's unfair to ask Ravens fans to stop rooting for the Ravens now. Being a fan isn't like that. You don't have to condone the actions of the team to be a fan. As Seinfeld says, we're just rooting for laundry.

No, it's called reductio ad absurdum. No one is equating the two issues in terms of importance.

This is spineless logic that can be used to justify the most draconian laws imaginable. When others point out that the rules are stupid, your counterpoint is simply, "well he should've followed them anyways!" We know, that's how rules work. Nevertheless, my opinion is that Josh Gordon should be allowed to play

"Hey, I don't agree with NFL policy, but let's focus on how stupid Josh Gordon is instead" people are seriously the worst. Please just stop.

What's the point of going after someone for breaking a stupid rule? Calling Josh Gordon dumb is just a red herring. People want progress. "Well he should've known the rule!" is an irrelevant conversation to me.

Playing football stoned is fine with me, they're not doctors or anything. Driving stoned is a different story.

The accuracy of your arguments has nothing to do with what other people think. "Winning" an argument doesn't make you right, and "losing" one doesn't make you wrong. You were probably right the first time, even if you were also being emotional and using faulty logic.

I like Arsenal and by far my least favorite team is Chelsea. You're right, it's difficult to really get jazzed for rooting against Spurs. They always finish between 5th and 7th and don't have anyone really hatable. Chelsea has Terry, Hazard and Ramires who are all superstars in terms of hate-ability.

I don't doubt it, but I'd have some slight doubts if he was the only player going both ways. Constantly hit-sticking people on both sides of the ball would affect his stamina a bit.

My initial assumption was that their defense would be unchanged, which would be more interesting.

Adderall is performance-enhancing in the same way that getting a good night's sleep is: more energy and focus. There are plenty of ways to accomplish that. My point is that it's not a steroid that makes your body stronger, and some guy on Adderall won't start tossing aside better players.

In my opinion, Adderall is too common and too easy to get a prescription for to ban. So lift the ban, and problem solved.

Who cares if Orlando Scandrick does drugs or not? Is zero testing for recreational drugs also an option? I'll take that one.

This argument comes up all the time, and I am losing my patience for it. Is it dumb for and NFL player to use banned substances and jeopardize their career? Yea, I'd say so. Maybe it's harder for some to avoid these temptations, but quitting weed for a few years shouldn't be that hard.

But if you disagree with the
