John wouldn’t actually put Chas in danger. Chas is like his only friend. A better analogy would be whoever John’s girlfriend is at any given point or niece as the case may be.

Remender’s Deadpool is the only version I’ve ever liked

Remender’s run had the same team concept but different members. Also, featured people from both of the X-camps at the time.
