I agree that with those qualifications a trademark claim is less likely to succeed, but trademarks do occasionally get enforced against non-commercial infringers.
Off the top of my head, depending on how comprehensively you replicated UPS’ color scheme and logo, you could be liable for trademark infringement. (UPS owns a trademark in the particular shade of brown for their trucks, plus the logo itself is trademarked, of course.)

If someone wants to publicly crow about how a woman brilliantly pwned some stupid man, then it’s certainly fair to point out objectively verifiable facts that show the woman was, in fact, wrong about part of the alleged pwnage.
How else can you explain how Holly Golightly got reclaimed as an aspirational style icon when the film tells us over and over again that she’s an inherently tragic figure?
Also—this is the first, and I hope the last time I ever hear anyone refer to this movie as a proto Sex and the City.
