I like to make a different pickled onion recipe. Equal parts water, sugar (boil it down with the water first), and vinegar (experiment with the vinegar. I sometimes use red wine vinegar). Slice a bunch of onions (experiment with the onions, yellow, sweet, spanish, whatever), and put them in the mixture for a day. Yum…

I do the whole cringe and sort of put my hand close then pull it away over and over in anticipation of the shock hahaha.

And all that happened in it was a cracked piece of space-glass and a stare-down. Ugh.
