Sure, but if you were an NFL GM, would you pay more for A) a player who is a free agent, sign him, pay him, keep your draft picks... or B) one who will require you to give up two first round picks when you sign them?? Of course option A is a better choice, and allows you to pay more money to the player.

When I saw the title for this article, I was expecting that Kanye had read something where the earth is flat and Jewish people were working to uncover the great lie that is “the spherical globe conspiracy.”

I saw “Saving Private Ryan” and “Life Is Beautiful” in the theater before the Oscars. I left the theater both times just wrecked from the emotional impact of both films. Then “Shakespeare In Love” beat them both for best picture, so I was pretty excited to see a movie better than those two.

I didn’t think he was pandering.... I thought: 1) wasn’t really that funny or new. 2) Some guy with two daughters (one in college) talking about how he likes to date “young p***y” is just fucking gross.

I used to coach youth team sports. I used to give a similar talk at times, except the metaphor I used was a team playing tug-of-war but not everyone is pulling in the same direction. (Creates a pretty clear mental image, right?)
