The android tablet interface that is central to PCAS has its own very elaborate name, the Kinetic Integrated Low-cost SoftWare Integrated Tactical Combat Handheld, otherwise known as KILSWITCH.
What do they do now? They've gone through the entire alphabet in designations.
Cool mask.
A joke my instructor and I just figured out today after running late on a cross country was: Why are pilots always late? Their watches are too complicated.
I know, but you said you wanted to fly it yourself/privately/for fun. Anyway, that's the implication I got, but you could probably come up with something for commercial use using a LODA from the FAA
Yes, but the people who make the laws are the ones profiting, and they will never make or allow a law that gets rid of their money.
you could do what is normally done with former military aircraft, register it as an Experimental- Exhibition
Humans are animals. Pilots are gods.
Another thing that could work is having something like an F-22B with updated A2G capabilities without sacrificing A2A. Besides, at the current price of the F-35, this would be a substantial upgrade compared to the F-35 without a very big increase in price.
A two seater would also work, but it needs to be designed like the Eurofighter Typhoon was. Pure A2A in the design and then add A2G capability where possible without reducing A2A performance. Also with updated systems and avionics, such as a Gripen NG or F-35 style cockpit and avionics equipment.
I know about it, but I was thinking more along the lines of a single seater with the main priority on A2A, not A2G.
This happened in Algebra class and I actually went through the call.
What do you guys think about a new build super-Eagle with newer equipment and systems, but retaining the extremely capable dogfighting the C model is known for?
The F-104 is legendary for horrible low speed performance, and the Canadians tried using them for ground attack, which has low speed in the job description.
Wouldn't it be possible to integrate several functions such as a targeting pod and IRST into a single package to free up weapons pylons? I agree with the usefulness of pod mounted equipment, but shouldn't there be an attempt to combine several of these pods to free up pylons?
This is sad. Does anyone know what' sheen happening in the Pentagon lately, because military procurement has been becoming sabotage.
A large a,punt of the Air Force fleet of presidential planes is in the National USAF Museum. As of yesterday, one of the planes was down for restoration but you can walk through 3 of the larger ones(Connie, 707, and Douglas)
From my own experience with a 3rd class medical, I agree.
I am guessing that these senators are not bikers and don't actually have driving experience(they spend their time in the back of a limo instead)
