Toby Fox really is a genuine good person
It’s filthy in here except magically all these sealed video games are barely dirty at all.
Excuse me for my cynicism, but this really feels like those shows like storage wars which were pretty staged, just having sealed games in that filth feels very clickbaity.
Whatever Nintendo is using for synthesized music for a lot of their first-party games is definitely lackluster. I hear synthesized game music from the 80s and 90s that sound closer to “real” instruments than what Nintendo sometimes uses. My favorite is Ryo Yonemitsu, who arranged the Ys games for PC Engine/Turbografx…
Not really this, and I have a personal take as to why: Many years ago, I illustrated a cover for an Unofficial Transformers Recognition Guide. It was all artwork drawn for the guide, but it was all copyrighted characters. It was sold and printed by Antarctic Press, not Hasbro. I’m assuming that my publisher at the…
Is Nintendo being an asshole here? Absolutely not.
It’s hard to imagine anyone disagreeing with what you just said, but if the last few comments sections are any indication, someone will. Some people think that the rights of giant multinational corporations are more important than the rights of consumers, despite (presumably) being consumers themselves. Kind of funny,…
If we can't trust Nintendo to do the right thing with their IPs, then we need to change the law so they don't feel obliged to do the wrong thing. Roll back to pre-Mickey Mouse law copyright law, have everything enter public domain after 25 years, and let people make whatever cool shit they want to about 30 year old…
You saw how Sony was about to shut down the PSP/Vita/PS3 stores earlier this year, right? And then the uproar that followed forced them to keep two of the three accessible, at least for now.
It’s not idiotic just because you aren’t smart enough to understand it.
How are you supposed to know whether one of these games is worth purchasing without user reviews and forums?
run properly
Stop writing stupid stuff, the size of your tv makes no difference at all. It’s the resolution that would make an impact, but guess what! Even with a 4K tv you can still play in lower resolution, like you’ve always could with PC hardware.
Agreed. There will have been requirements for upgrading HDDs in the older Playstation consoles.
You can’t really compare a partial disassembly of the PS5 to install your M.2 drive to the PS3 and PS4.
The is actually, very similar. Pop side panel off, remove 1 screw to take off cover, remove 1 screw that’s there to hold the new SDD, plug-in SSD, screw to secure SSD, screw for cover, slide cover back on. The only even kinda funky part is making sure the drives meet the speed/size requirements, and I’m sure every…
You don’t HAVE to install anything. There is already more than enough space on the SSD. If you really want more just buy a external HDD and store games you are not playing on there (or just delete them. You can reinstall them whenever you want).
I mean, Mark Cerny and all of the pre-release info explicitly stated that you could upgrade/install another NVME drive, but they wouldn’t be going the Series X route with a proprietary upgrade.
They announced this. It’s not there fault it’s not to your liking and you didn’t read it/hear it/research it.
Have you forgotten the PS3 and PS4? The PS3 required an internal drive upgrade as its USB ports were too slow for running games off external storage. Same with the PS4 for the first four years of its cycle - USB external support didn’t come till 2017. Lots of people had to deal with the procedure of setting up a new…
