“I’d encourage you to read it again, you know, as opposed to putting the burden on me to explain the book?”
“I’d encourage you to read it again, you know, as opposed to putting the burden on me to explain the book?”
What is asserted without evidence may be rejected without evidence
Oh, another 11 year old thinking he’s edgy on the internet. Despite having zero grasp of those books, let alone what socialism is.
You don’t know what you’re talking about.
Anybody else fed the fuck up this week? So far I have been continuously brosplained about “hacking” despite having an advance CS degree and 15 years in the field. Also it’s snowing, again. Snow is fun for about 16 minutes then you have to get on the freeway with 10,000 assholes who forget how to drive in the snow…
How strange. The society in Brave New World is not, at its base, a political one. It is a biological one. The human creatures engineered by the government are conditioned to act in particular ways, in order to fill certain necessary roles.
Your opinion about the CIA is perfectly fine but you’re ignoring a multitude of other agencies.
Is this place getting worse? Lately I find myself checking usernames and looking at comment histories to determine whether the other users here are throwaways or trolls on almost every story. I tend to think that there’s a deliberate effort to ruin this place, but it might just be trolls who are emboldened by…
It’s nice to know that YOU don’t think thats where some information comes from. The intel community uses various ways to find out information that you are not and should not be privy to. If you want to find out the information you are looking for, you can certainly read crowdstrike’s report.
CIA, FBI, NSA, crowdstrike, the list goes on. Maybe we should trust Trump because of his moral fortitude? Or because of his loans from Russian oligarchs since he defaulted so often he couldn’t receive a loan from an American bank.
Real reasons intelligence agencies don’t show everyone the evidence:
Not really, bucko. Don’t watch those shows but if you actually comprehended what I wrote you would see that I was referring to high value human assets that take time to develop.
The intel community being wrong about Iraq WMDs is going to be the new McDonalds hot coffee lawsuit thing isn’t it? By which I mean it’s a shibboleth that identifies the invoker as someone who knows absolutely nothing about what they’re talking about.
Lol aw shucks we didn’t get Argrebaut’s approval 😱 What will we ever do with ourselves? How can we continue to live? You got me!
Exactly. Protection of methods and means is extremely important. If that makes credibility take a hit, so be it.
Agreed. This doesn’t seem all that earth shattering. Why would they present all of their evidence? Particularly when it could endanger people’s lives. This isn’t a court of law, Russia doesn’t get full disclosure.
Those are not equally likely because you are a know-nothing with your fingers in your ears and eyes closed shut.
I literally just told you the reason to not present evidence is that high value assets would be exposed and their lives in danger. You can believe whatever you want but if you truly believe the FBI, CIA, and NSA got together and spun a huge lie well, maybe they are dumping the chemtrails over my house too.
It’s essentially the same thing as the nazi Lebensborn program that did, in fact, exist for ten years or so, combined with the current evangelical christian practice of exploiting poor, unwed mothers in to giving their babies up for adoption to loving, righteous christian families.
There are many reasons to not present much of the evidence. Much of it can be surmised by what level of confidence each agency gave it. NSA can only give moderate confidence because of the way NSA gathers its evidence. The FBI and CIA almost certainly have human assets at high reaches of the government and their lives…
