I might buy a GS300 for a parts car to swap into my Dodge Lancer. It would take too much to get it back to stock, but could be made drivable/fun with minimal investment.

Hot Takeage detected. Odor isn’t white so he can never be on the right side of the unwritten rules.

I didn’t see Breath of Fire III on either list. You get to turn into a dragon, how cool is that?

If it was going to happen, it probably would have happened by now. There aren’t too many sub 60k mile all original second gens out there for sale. It was probably not as pervasive as one might think either.

Yeah it’s pretty telling when over half of the “Play of the Game” is those two characters.

Or is it that he called them RBIs instead of RBI (runs batted ins instead of runs batted in)? I have heard a hot take or two about this in my days.

The 4 wheel drums on my Valiant will lock up the wheels just the same. The stock drums on a Beetle if maintained are more than enough to stop the car, the car doesn’t weigh anything. I would assume he used the Bugpack disc kit which matches the quality of cheap Ebay parts.I would probably stay away from the cheapest

I used to own a manual one, yes it was brown. It is pretty awesome for a large fwd sedan. It was the limited so it was optioned out. Eric the car guy has one too. He’s made a few videos about them.

I will Smith the benefit of the doubt. He is pretty good on twitter and his articles are very good for a local reporter (The Chronicle is not what it used to be, it’s not even what The Post used to be lol). Is Gomez mad that he used a quote Gomez thought would be off the record?

What I think you mean is boring cars be boring. High HP is fine for me as long as the car is barely running, might blow up anytime, and held together with hopes and dreams. I do not like factory high HP cars, but modified “slow cars” that are the furthest thing from reliable or safe. Give me a STI Beetle over the STI.

No Cressida? Classic three box shape, readily accepts same drivetrain, and has the coolest dash of them all. Awesome sleeper and just the right amount of Japanese opulence.

Plus I hung dong on the trolley, you guys missed it.

MkIV R32.

mmmmmm.....buttery vr6.

I haven’t missed the industry so far. It was such a relief that I never have to hear about choppy voicemails, bad connections because of internet issues, or the hundreds of other complaints from the same few customers. I look forward to a whole new realm of complaints from people. It is weird going to school full time

Yeah that’s why I’m getting it, it’s the closest thing to a do what you want degree. It’s not that hard to work abroad, and you actually earn enough to pay back your student loans. I would love to make personal transportation cleaner/cheaper, so a job at Tesla would be perfect. :)

It was eliminated due to cost cutting. I was the operations manager and they switched me from salary to hourly about a year before, then started cutting hours for the techs and myself. Being objective I cannot fault their decision, I would have made the same one. All of the technicians at the company are 45+ and when

My dad said I should become a truck driver. Instead I went in the army and repaired telecom equipment. After I got out I worked installing large phone systems. Made my way to junior management by late 20's, high level management when I was 34. The sector is dying at this point and is getting rolled into general IT

Red interior is the best. That is all.

Black, Red Interior, ALL THE LEATHER, turbo wheels, sport suspension, sport exhaust, sport chrono package, nothing else.
