So Dempsey as playmaker and one of your suggestions as striker? That's the 4-4-1-1- I wanted.

I agree, I think he was stubborn. Bradley suffered greatly in that position and took a lot of blame. Then again who else would you have put there? I keep thinking a 4-4-1-1 would have been better… but again Wondo is no great talent, and Jozy's injury really hampered us.

Bradley's pass was great, but notice how he was completely unmarked at the time he made it. When he serves from deep, he's good. Upfront however he's terrible at creating opportunities— he gets confused, and entangled, and he can't dribble for shit. That is the big difference.

Now's the time to be miserable and feel sorry for ourselves

Puta madre, I disagree with that lineup. Fucking Bradley is not a trequartista. The man can't dribble for shit. Better to have him help tamp down the Belgian midfield (where they have talent). Saving Jozy for last, not sure about that— best to let him score and replace him than throw it in last-minute desperation.

TL;DR: you're a massive pussy.

Who?

FIFA isn't the UN.

My problem with Bradley is not that he doesn't try, but that he chokes under pressure and isn't at all creative in tight spaces. In friendlies he emerged probably as the most important player in the team, but when things got difficult he came undone, and what he has been doing most lately is lose balls in the

Covering more ground is relevant to his work ethic. He loses a lot of balls in the midfield, but that probably has more to do with choking than with a lack of trying.

Is that laziness or is that zone marking though? I mean… we had a bunch of other players there.

SCREAMER EDITORS

Of course there is diving and there is acting. Nobody here is saying otherwise.

He was clever in waiting for the keeper to jump and clock him on the opposite side, like Neymar did yesterday.

Boo, sir. Boo.

Campbell got cute though. But yes. They kicked way better than poor Chile.

Horrible game. Put me to sleep a couple of times. It only got semi-exciting during the last 10 or so minutes of overtime. Navas great though.

I actually think it hasn't been necessary. The last thing we need is a bunch of great players out on yellow cards. A good ref can just deny the foul and keep the ball rolling. The penalty was legitimate anyway so I don't see the conflict.

Ha ha ha. Right? No wonder he has no faithin the sport.
