Check out a used Fiat 500e. It is around that price

Most of the people renouncing are living overseas already and are trying to avoid double taxation (I’m not sure why we tax overseas income on folks living abroad). I agree the issue is complex, but comparatively I think the US has a pretty low personal tax rate.

Where do people move overseas to start businesses where the personal tax rates are lower? I know the US has a pretty uncompetitive corporate tax rate, but I didn’t know there were places with better personal tax rates that could support businesses moving from the US.

I think the idiom he was looking for was “a spark”. Kinda close, but very different meanings.

What are the measurements and force of the busted gas spring? I design doors with them and could help you find one that works.

This is exactly what I was going to point to. I design doors with these gas struts all the time and McMaster is my go-to vendor only because they have the best presentation of info.

I think you are in the minority with these views.

Neutral: Still waiting for the driver side airbag on my 2006 Ford Ranger. Just got off the phone with Ford. No ETA 18 months after the death notice. In fact no communication of any kind. I own two Fords and will be sure not to make that mistake again

Yeah, I mean, except that you can’t get it (yet)

This is the worst platitude

That’s not what I said or implied, yes I’ve lived in Texas. But I’m sure the Toyota corporation needs that money more than any of the taxpayers who have lived there for years

40m to one company to relocate 3000 jobs is hardly large scale economics.

You know all these people moving there are going to want things like schools, roads, police, fire: The services those taxes are supposed to pay for.

I know we are fighting a losing battle but do we need the -gate suffix at all when we use the word scandal? Cant we just say “the diesel scandal” or Dieselgate? Preferably the first option.

Not easily found on minivans? The first one I looked up (Pacifica) has parallel and perpendicular parking assist. Seems easily found to me.

Can you actually get it turned into a graphic flow chart. The process is kinda hard to follow when it is just a few blocks of text.

A good choice if he can fit. A self-described “big-guy” may not want to squeeze into that for the daily commute.

A few weeks ago I was staring out my office window when a flat bed pulled up. I swear the black blob on bed looked like a bat Mobile. I walked out side and sure enough there it was. I guess it was on the way to the port and the driver wanted to snap some photos.

That would have to be some buyout package for Ford to expect and get 100% acceptance. It’s like Raphael didn’t even bother reading the quote he posted into his own article.
