yes u are correct, I just did the math my bad 3.9 ms at the speed of light in air (for 740 miles) with no stops! Some microwave companies boast 8.5ms round trips which is probably the fastest they can get with out having a direct no stop microwave line. So looks like insider trading to me

They have cricket flour that is high in protein and low in fat(more protein that ground beef of comparable weight). It doesn't have any negative taste either.
