I remember really liking the Civ 4 climate change and pollution systems.

You and me both buddy.

“I’ll Fight” sounds like a song written to be played over the closing credits of a documentary about a Supreme Court Justice.

Gravity Falls is the correct answer to this question.

Your faith in your friends is yours.

Amazing Spider-Man is objectively not a very good movie, but I think the Andrew Garfield/Emma Stone romance really transcends the rest of the mediocre plot. Their awkward white kid flirting dynamic is weirdly sexier than ANYTHING in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I feel like your coverage of “Spies In Disguise,” the most insane-looking movie ever conceived was too mild. Did you never attempt the #SpiesInDaSkies challenge!?

My very Jewish family can’t shut up about Mrs. Maisel and indeed, though my tastes run more Star Trek and X-Files, Mrs. Maisel is my favorite show currently being made.

We can discuss it. I think you’re right, Soule is making his stance on the issue clear, but it’s cloaked in enough metaphor and dream logic to still be deniable if Marvel/Lucasfilm/whoever wants to think of it differently.

Yo, I was a fan of Spidergeddon but.... (SPOILER BREAK)

I met them at a con and I am please to inform you: they are!

The end of an era!

Mollified is a really good word.

O damn. Yeah, like this! This looks great!

Some friendly feedback: this column was a lot easier to read when each title was broken up by a big ‘ol cover image. I get wanting the amazon links, but the tiny cover thumbnails are hard to see; nigh impossible on my phone.

Mark Millar called them Chitauri as a dogwhistle to the conspiracies of anti-semite David Icke.

I think it’s definitely editing. Simple one-on-one exchanges are split up by images that are clearly from other scenes, so you can tell the rhythm of the dialogue has been all chopped up.

I actually liked all those runs, but not equally. The big problem was the tonal whiplash every time a writer switched. But taken as separate things, I think they’re all fun superhero runs.
