Cue PR campaign with beautiful pictures of underprivileged kids and ‘we care’ BS to smooth this one out.

I still don’t understand what happened for the general population to turn into a 12 year-old Japanese schoolgirl to allow emojis to become a thing.
I was excited until I saw it was a KS project, can I start my own KS project to fund other KS projects, while taking a cut-just-because?
Atom or Core M, pick one - they aren’t the same.
I looked at the original one and couldn’t bring myself to get one knowing it was buggy and slow, despite being a low-end PC meant for basic tasks. I’m very happy they fixed it, the new Atom-powered one sounds tons better.
tl,dr version: we fucked up, we know we fucked up, but we’re likeable! Like us! And buy it!
It’s a gimmick, we won’t even remember this fad a year from now.
The price is too high, and unfortunately if competing products are priced along the same lines, VR will never go mainstream - no publisher in their right mind will bother with such a tiny niche market and we’ll have no content driving gamers to buy hardware.
Oh just you wait 2-3 years from now when we look back on the pointless IoT gizmos they’re trying to force down our collective throat.
Just when nobody thought we could possibly redefine what a “first-world problem” is, this came along.
I’m loving this way more than I’m willing to admit. We need more of this simple fun stuff.
And herein lies the joke, cars are now all about gimmicks and IoT gizmos - CES is not a car show because cars are no longer just transportation devices, they’re roaming Twitter access points.
Not sure how the rMB is a new paradigm, it’s priced like a fully upgraded MBA but offers less power, just a better screen and it’s thinner.
It’s priced wrong for its class and performance, the rMB should replace the MBA imo, rather than create this anomaly in the pricing table.
The only 1.0 product on the list is the Apple Watch, and that’s the only thing I’m excusing this year - all smart watches missed the mark and have failed to deliver on the hype imo. They will get better eventually.
I agree with pretty much everything.
Is Apple going to ‘invent’ OLED displays, so my old 2010 Nexus S never existed?
I find that Apple is full of “you’re doing it wrong” moves lately, these moves where they pick the easy way out and rely on damage control to make it better afterwards.
I’m guessing it’s server/workstation ECC memory, current consumer-grade CPUs can’t handle more than 32-64 GB of RAM (or even 16 GB, in most laptops).
How about it’s just an ugly-as-sin sweater and we call it a day?
