He still employs almost an equal amount of women to men, I am all for equality, but equality doesn’t mean just sticking a few women into your highest paid category just so you have women in that category. They could be people who have worked with him the longest, they could be people who based on their work experience…
The Sanders campaign is paying women $700 more on average than men, while Clinton is paying men $1700 more on average than women. Yet this somehow became an attack piece on Sanders. Because only people being paid the big bucks count in terms of wage disparity. Okay.
He is an interesting case. I guess his lowest paid jobs must mostly be men while women take up the majority of the mid-level paying jobs? Obviously the lack of women in the top-10 is concerning but the fact that it doesn’t result in a big disparity in mean salaries is interesting.
