“As of this time, however, all eye-witness accounts by factory workers are claiming the same thing: he ‘tripped’.”

“You may have people cross the border to buy a truck in Nevada and not in California,” he said.

Neutral: Do You Think Autonomous Tech Is Accelerating Too Fast?

I watched The Price Is Right a lot when I was a kid... mainly when I was home sick or on summer vacation. I still remember how cars were equipped with “California Emissions.” I had no idea what that term meant.

A close guy friend of mine explained to me that men are usually the last to know that their relationships are ending. Men in relationships tend to tune out their partners because guys figure women complain about everything anyway and most of that unhappiness gets worked out. So by the time the relationship is done,

My money is on BetaMax and HD-DVD

Which is why you don’t take a 200 hp monster of a bike to a track until you know what you’re doing.

Seriously. If I had to guess, I’d say that 1199 was his first bike. Bad choice.

You can have a ditch from erosion or a sandbag in the runoff area. That is what you choose when running Laguna Seca. Don’t like it? Don’t go off track or maybe the local go kart track is more your style. Don’t ruin this for the rest of us. Tracks are already having a hard enough time surviving on their own without

I doubt that guy is an entrepreneur, though I’m sure he says he is on his Tinder profile.

Say it with me: Where you look is where you go, where you look is where you go, where you look is where you go.

1) he signed the waiver.

Not seeing much evasive action...I’m seeing a lot of taking a corner too hot, dumping, instant regret, and then dollar signs. I’m going to guess this guy’s medical expenses and disability are nowhere near 15 million, that figure is probably more aligned with the amount of capital his startup needs....accidents suck

What an asshole. This wasn’t negligence, what’s next, suing the track because every inch of runoff isn’t covered by big fluffy pillows?

Requiring a waiver doesn’t give you license to be incompetent or negligent.

I’ve wondered that myself. I was most certainly alive back then, living in the middle of Silicon Valley. I very much remember bad air days with cancelled recess and lunch inside. We’d be best to leave that in the past.

Weren’t most of these jagoffs in charge alive during the smoggy seventies? Do they miss the tasty yellow air?

Actually it should be, 2018 study reveals the vehicles that are likely to go over 200k miles that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. ANY vehicle can hit 200k miles, if you keep engine and transmission swapping the car whenever it dies, it’s a pointless meaning. I’m 100% certain no General Motors SUV makes it to 200k

I don’t know why people think that 200k is even all that significant to begin with. Newer cars are built with such good tolerances that you have to be a real buffoon to screw them up.

Wrong metric, kid miles are what count. Our 2010 Sequoia has 127K kid miles on it, family trips, daily generic kid/food/slime/coloring mess and once detailed it still looks acceptable (scratches and stuff but fundamentally it’s sound). Not many vehicles hold up under the abuse of 4 kids for 127K
