I know she’s extremely privileged, but a lot of celebrity spawn want to be actors and don’t make it. My guess is that she’s very charismatic/cool in person and that TV types always feel like it’s going to translate onto the screen (in the RIGHT (i.e. their) hands) but it just doesn’t.

Yeah, I’ve seen a few people on Twitter rave about (after it was cancelled), but the consensus is that it wasn’t awesome. That said, I think a lot of just “good” shows limp along if they’re promoted well.

Yup! The example I think of is watching Khia’s My Neck, My Back video as a tweenager, fully understanding the lyrics, and it being totally fine. Kids that age usually don’t take vulgarity as seriously as adults do.

I agree with you on this, but I also think that America is christian/racist enough that if Biden chose a Muslim woman as his Vice President it would for sure lose him the election.

I’ve found that electric kettles abroad heat water MUCH faster than the ones I’ve purchased in the States. I’m not saying it’s not quick, it’s just not microwave-quick in my experience.
