I forgot to try it the one time I was in a manual with the feature, but does the modern engine shutoff at stop system make it impossible to stall a manual, or is that an engine vs transmission thing?

You know how if you are in Drive and don’t touch the gas, the car still moves forward?  When you are in a manual gear and lift the clutch enough to engage the gear prior to hitting the gas is basically the same thing.

i’ve never actually looked into it, but often wondered/wished there was a way to manage a loan in this manner: pay minimal down payment, put total cost in interest earning account/have said account pay monthly note.  sounds like you’re the person to do it.

I don’t understand why wealthy people don’t take out a loan on a new car when they can get a sub 1% interest rate and invest the rest of that cash over the loan term.

These bikes are tools.  They can carry the rider + a passengers + a significant amount of cargo without worrying about fitness or fatigue. 

These things aren’t self propelled. They have enough power to provide pedal assist so you can get up big steep hills while carrying 70+ pounds of gear/human cargo without sweating, but they aren’t motorcycles-lite. Very popular in urban areas.

Need some good recommendations on storage solutions for these and similar things if you don’t have a garage or want to bring it in the house. So far a plain motorcycle cover resulted in a lot of mold on the cloth bits.

i don’t know why anyone ever has high expectations for any of those movies other than big monsters fight.
