Meh. I think that’s an oversimplicatuon. Lots of comics characters end up being shaped by more than their “direct” creators. Deadpool was laughable trash until he was taken over by not-liefeld. Basically everything that people know and like about deadpool is Joe Kelly.

There is always somebody like you in any of these comics creator discussions. First you claim that Brubaker is claiming that he created Bucky, which he didn’t and then you basically tell him to shut up about not getting royalties because he knew what he was getting into. What a great “fan”

Don’t worry, there’s still several people who will ignore any praise and only focus on the criticism. Why would a positive review change one’s mind?

These early impressions always skew very positive, no matter how negative the larger response ends up being. They’re pretty meaningless.

I’m pretty sure every beginning DC embargo is like this to be fair. If it’s good, okay! But this happened with BvS, and I almost fell asleep in the theater.
