Good to know, I’ve never actually used Tile so I wasn’t sure.

Yeah I saw about SmartTags too but I don’t have a Samsung phone either so it doesn’t do me much good.
Oh I didn’t realize Tile had that, I thought it only used your own phone to locate it. But yeah, like you said, there are a lot more iPhones than devices of any OS running the Tile app, so i’m sure that’ll make a big difference.
The first time I’ve been jealous of AirTag as an Android user. I know that Tile exists, but (AFAIK) it’s only for using your phone to track a nearby object - using the phone of those nearby to track your item isn’t something they offer.
When I was finally able to try the real stuff, I got what all the hype was about, so much so that I wondered why we don’t just drink champagne all the time.
Some things never change
I mean, can we really say that “Fall in Vermont” (a drink I’ve never heard of) is the most popular? Or is it all people looking up weather forecasts? And nobody would ever search for any “Bloody Mary” that isn’t the drink, nothing in pop culture or history there.
You get a lot of people looking at people with degrees in things like Art History or Gender Studies or whatever else who are struggling because they’re unable to get a job that uses their degree saying, like, “well it’s your own fault that you didn’t study something to get a job like programming or business analysis…
Chris Pratt Mario aside, I’m looking forward to the Super Mario Bros movie. It just looks delightful from the trailers.
Yeah - Blood Origin is four episodes long, stars Michelle Yeoh, and releases next week. I don’t know what (if any) connections it will have with the main series or vice-versa (which releases season 3 next summer).
Yeah, and the Art History majors are the ones who don’t deserve to have a job.
I don’t know why people were so broken up by losing Henry Cavill’s Superman. Like, he was fine but the movies he was in were mostly bad. Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, and Justice League by and large did not know how to do Superman as a character (no pun intended) justice and while I don’t have any real problems…
Yeah, like a DOOM mod that features a sword instead of a gun and the character exploring a large overworld with several dungeons and collecting items as they progress is totally fair game, but this is definitely Nintendo IP.
Wouldn’t have occurred to me to get teachers Christmas gifts, I mean I don’t have any kids so it’s a moot point but I know we (my family, dunno about society at large) didn’t when I was a kid.
I mean, it’s almost entirely pork. It’s a pork patty made of blended and reconstituted pork meat (same as the chicken or beef they use) with some binders, emulsifiers, and flavoring. I don’t know if pork prices actually factor into when it comes back and leaves, but it’s a popular theory that makes sense.
You opened the door with “Too Many Cooks”, so I have another Adult Swim non-movie: “The Greatest Event in Television History”.
What the fuck are you people talking about? I’m simping for Nintendo because I said that them doing the same exact thing that Microsoft and Sony do is to be expected in 2022? The same thing they did in the last main Pokemon game three years ago? Why are you people suddenly angry that you can’t get online features for…
Yeah I mean that’s what online subscriptions are. Were you expecting free online services from a company that (like its competitors) charges for their console’s online service? You can complain about the quality or value of NSO as long as you want, I’m not defending it, I’m just saying that expecting to get access to…
I mean, that’s a LOT of console games. Coming from PC I get that it seems weird, but for several years you’ve needed a paid online subscription to access ANY online features of almost ALL console games (Nintendo, Xbox, or Playstation), even if they are otherwise single-player. Honestly, Nintendo was the last one to…
Alright? I never said anything to the contrary. It’s one thing to say “Nintendo’s online isn’t worth the value and sucks compared to its competition” but either expecting the game to not have any online features in 2022 or for Nintendo to give you online features without paying for their online service are both…
