He is not being tried again. He was found guilty. The original sentence he got for that was overturned. This is just a new sentencing trial.

It would be nice if that was done here, too. Sometimes (even here) people think they're standing up for feminism by engaging in things like Islamophobia that's especially directed against Muslim women, whorephobia, and victim-blaming. I've even seen some transphobia as well.
