Not true. This is not a commercial product but a personal modification that easily falls under “fair use.” We all have a right to change products, including their logos, and sell them. The typeface is simply a replica found all over the internet.

That’s absolutely not true. He had already stripped all of it off to sell before he got the cease and desist, before Ferrari knew he was selling it.
A friend of mine from college is his producing partner. To describe what they do as “hit play” is massively misleading and minimizes the skill, talent and musical knowledge that they use. Yes, some DJ’s just move a fader and tweak a knob or two but those aren’t actual musicians or, for that matter, decent DJ’s.
That was when I wanted to walk out but was convinced to stay. The motorcycle “hug” above was when I told my friends I’d see ‘em later...
Huh?! Emilio Estevez take blades to the face, agents get blown up, bad guy gets torn apart on train tracks, helicopter immolates baddie...
YEAH!!! I love day camp watersports! Wheeeeeee!
1. Clowns.
Perhaps “Tavarish” should stop encouraging people to buy used sports cars under the guise that they’re “perfect.” It’s an expensive notion that he almost *always* fails to note.
These are the same people who cry “freedom!” at every opportunity, yet decry actual acts of real-world freedom. Welcome to America, folks.
Please, I beg of you, stop advocating defeatism using anecdotes of unusual circumstances of mega-stars. This is NOT how most cases are handled, at all.
Ideally, of course the burden should be on the rapist, but we don’t live even remotely close to an ideal world. We depend upon prosecution to identify, punish and make an example of rapists to dissuade would-be’s. It’s not your fault, whatsoever, but it will never stop unless women report this crime. I’m sorry, it’s a…
So you’re here complaining about someone who suggests vigorous prosecution and advocating NOT reporting rape?! Astonishing. Truly. Nothing could be more damaging to women.
Yep. Bomb-proof motor. I’d take one of those in the Mcoupe over the E46 M3’s motor any day. You give up power for a far more robust, more thrashable source of giggles.
Yup, everyone beat me to the New Yorker. Dammit. I can’t even land concert tix on the radio...
I’m not chastising in the slightest. I’m suggesting that rape will never go away so long as it goes unreported, hidden, or explained away. A rape allegation years later becomes very difficult for most people to even understand given the severity of the crime. As such, I would encourage any woman to find the strength…
I’m not “chastising” whatsoever. I’m encouraging people to see the simple fact that this cycle of violence simply won’t change without reporting.
They did. Two were successful. One man is to be released soon, though he lost his family, career and fortune (her civil suit was successfully settled for a substantial sum). Hardly just compensation but it’s part of the good fight.
That’s a truly sad response to a simple disagreement of how we need to stop this terrible, heinous crime. The free market of ideas demands we agree to disagree, civilly. To label such civil disagreement as “harassment” eliminates the give and take necessary to discuss and solve this terrible problem.
I’m so sorry, truly, but it IS victims’ responsibility to help stop it. Rapists themselves cannot be eliminated without those determined to bring them to justice. They will never be identified, brought to justice, and made an example of to stop it without victims’ cooperation.
