I’m sure every player in the developmental league will one day grace the MLB with their presence. Everybody knows that you have to be the BEST OF THE BEST to make the developmental league.

Kinda difficult to worry about bike riders when they tend to disobey all the laws they are asked to do as well. You want to quote Chicago? I live here, and every day, I watch bikes fly through red lights, change lanes without signaling, turn without signaling, change from the sidewalk to the streets to the sidewalk.
