Agreed, I just can't see how anyone would think this is a good idea. It's a neat option to have, but why is it default?

Too much work for me. For steak, chicken and pork I do this: put a large pat of butter on the meat, wrap the whole thing in some iceberg lettuce, and microwave slowly. Medium power especially for the steak to help keep it tender.

I use that Total Gym pull up bar for pushups, works great. I've always had pain in the hand/wrist joint from pull ups, this helps a lot.
