I could totally see Murray Hewitt doing this. So funny

Right! This is so funny! I’m saving it in my permanent records. All I came for was a Gung Ho reference and leaving with this gem. Well done chaps!

I thought it was up there in Brainerd.

Mercedes Benz cup holder solution is equally horrid.

I’m with Vin on this one. A net (not sure if Miata has one) in the passenger foot well is very accessible in a roadster and can hold many things.

I definitely paid up to get BMW’s Laguna Seca Blue and I never regret it. If you’re on a tight budget though, a muted color can certainly help get you into a car.

There is a perfectly adjusted GT4 on BAT now you should check out and listen to. The headers/exhaust the owner added makes it so wicked sounding. I’m partial to the 964 turbo @911r brought this week but holy shit the GT4 sounds such the business! If I were blowing around $100k, it would be the most difficult decision e

Yes. Excellent post! As the prior owner of both a 1959 and 1966 Corvette, I endorse this.

Paging Mr. Seinfeld!

A little nonsense now and then, is relished by the wisest men.” WW -Not coincidentally quite apropos to the car at hand.

I echo all of the above sentiments. If we are just talking automotive speculating there certainly are better choices.

First, I have to tell you this is some damn fine and funny writing this morning. Maybe it’s because I uncharacteristically missed the last two days. I don’t know. As for the car, I have been following these on BAT for some time and while I grow tired of the suspicious crowd, the critical crowd can be quite helpful I mu

I like it. I also like your occasional use of “frippery.” Willy Wonka fan I gather. But, who isn’t? Our company work/plow truck is a F something or other, extended cab, four door diesel blah blah and it’s a pile of shit. At the time, some 10yrs ago, it was purportedly the business. Now it just blows. I would rather thi

My 2004 MB CL55 shockingly has a real ash tray. I love it. Approaching 50yrs old I have seen many car ashtrays & concur with this sentiment. It also makes a nice little garbage can if not for actual ash. Or both..

Today’s choice is refreshing like a dip in a cool pool on a hot day! The same pool that the type of buyer for this car would have spent more money on building than this car costs. I’m going to chalk this portion of the thread up to someone having a bad morning. For that I am sorry.

And while James doesn’t need my defense nor want it, he was kind of a big deal with the Cavallino rampante set. I imagine quite passionate about it as well. If the man wants to have a bit of an homage to the brand that lit his fire I say more power to him.

Now go away, or I shall taunt you a second time!” MP

Let me be the first to say- I think it should buff right out.

Good points here all around. I bought a fairly pristine Laguna Seca Blue S54 M Roadster with 19k mi. The first year of ownership I put 5k mi on it. Really enjoyed those miles! I haven’t put 1k on it in the last 3 plus yrs. I still love driving it but I would rather buy another one than “spoil” this one. - I had a hard

I really use all my efforts to stay away from making negative comments. Often typing them out and deleting them just to get it off my chest. But this is where I have to draw the line. This is the absolute WORST thing on the internets right now! Beastiality porn and the current state of politics do not offend my senses
