Kinja: Another nefarious Vault-Tec experiment!
The Minutemen aren’t bad. Preston Garvey is just annoying as fuck.
If he heads back to the last safe room with the type writer there’s probably some green herbs in the storage chest.
I demand a Mail Robot cameo in every single subsequent FX show.
I... am also quite happy.
If you couldn’t tell by my profile pic, I’m very fucking happy about this.
If you mean “gone and never going to return” then, yes, it’s just like Triana.
Last season was definitely too short (or it spent too much time on storylines that went nowhere), and was probably my least favorite. Granted, this is comparing the show to itself, the highs of which are in the upper echelon of tv for me.
Unfortunately and ironically, he invests it all in Blockbuster in the early-00's...
Between her comedic chops, her facial expressions, and virtually flawless beauty, it really is unfair how superior Melissa Fumero is to most of the world populace. Save some qualities for the rest of us plebes, you know!
I had a big ol’ dopy grin during the entire wedding scene; it was perfect. Boyle’s “title of my sextape” thing was probably the biggest laugh for me.
Penelope Ann Miller in The Shadow. Wowza.
I watched both The Phantom and The Shadow on the big screen, and I will have words for anyone who tries to crap on them. They were both cheesy, and cliched, but they were fun, pulp movies just like their source material.
The final episode features an epic shootout between the Jennings’ house and Stan’s house - right out in the streets. Elizabeth takes a bullet in the shoulder, Stan gets one in the leg. Philip approaches to finish off Stan for shooting his wife, when suddenly Mail Robot comes rolling down the street. Mail Robot prompts…
Our cats (Psyche and Beowulf) passed four and six years ago, at ages 19 and 21. Two nights ago — we were finally ready to open our hearts again! — we brought home a pair of rescue kittens from a shelter. And the last two evenings, having cats watch tv with me again...I realized how much I’d been missing that. I hope…
Same. When she began the schpiel about Gorbachev being terrible, I thought, “Well, it was a good run Martindale!” Looks like we’ll have her towards the very end though.
1) While I’m not personally anti-Samberg, I get why a lot of people don’t care for him; on that note, I think you’d be surprised at how tolerable he is on B99. And it’s a nicely-balanced ensemble show all-around.
At this point it’s fairly well-known that no one should get on Louise’s bad side. So when “As I Walk Through the Alley of the Shadow Ramps” starts out with a new neighbor pushing her buttons and threatening her reputation by calling her “tricycle girl,” it’s a given that things are about to get ugly. What’s surprising…
I was already disappointed with the Roosevelt casting, then learned last night that this guy replaced Sean Astin, who was originally cast before it conflicted with Stranger Things 2. Now I’m double disappointed.
The guy playing Teddy Roosevelt has negative screen presence.
