In what sense is this a good idea?

Polanski has made some pretty shit movies in the past 25 years to be casually referenced as "the master filmmaker," if you ask me. And, I should point out, he's made some of my favorite movies.

Hmmmm. A superhero movie? Okay, if you want to take a chance like that.

At least they didn't fuck up a Duane Allman movie.

Saturday afternoons, sitting there with my giant Koss headphones on. I'd listen for the entire three or four hours. Sad that the guy had to go through what he went through in his final days.

It's cool how he turned into Comedy Jesus when he had a nervous breakdown.

One hopes that he isn't offered a lot of money to be funny and isn't recognized by people on the street for doing it, so that he'll feel comfortable enough to continue getting paid to be funny.

I was agreeing with him, but had to back WAAAAY off when he said he likes "Jesus Christ Superstar."

I don't know about "easily," but it's a really great song. (Every cut on "Murmur," minus one or two, for instance. And "(Don't Go Back to) Rockville.")

Well…because they were largely terrific.
