I was able to successfully connect with Mike earlier today and it worked. So yeah. lol.
Honestly, it’s a bit of both. lol. I usually have to switch up the strategy towards the latter half of a match to stop focusing on stacking and getting easy combos and letting my badges do most of the heavy lifting.
It looked like pretty polished to me. I am really looking forward to this one.
I will probably never stop playing No Man’s Sky and I’m also in the process of trying to convince some buddies to jump into the game with me. I’ll probably be streaming or making a video about Outer Wilds so stay tuned!
IN MY DEFENSE: I have been playing on Hard but not about to put that online for hundreds of people to roast me for an “A” rank. So for now, I practice...
Woooooooooooooooo congrats again! 🤙🏼
This game would be fantastic on an iPad. I often thought about how much this game would work on Switch so I could just touch the screen for any puzzles that required it without letting go of buttons and a analog stick.
Eh, it has some interesting ideas but I don’t know that I’ll stick with it tbh. I’ll be posting the YouTube archive a little later if you’re curious.
Yeah I’m confident that will be fixed soon. I had some fun with it so far but curious to see how it grows and changes as time goes on too.
Yo, Nick!! Small world. And yeah, I 100% agree. I think *if* this works well, it could be a pretty sweet option for games I have a hard time deciding on playing on PC or PS4 which basically means “on my couch” or “at my desk”. And sure, I have a Steam Link but if I could play games in 4K? Heck, it just might convince…
That was my initial gut reaction too but they have talked about the save states that will let you hop back in but even then, I can’t imagine it just knocking me off of my rhythm during a more difficult portion of a game or even a game that requires an online connection. Lots of questions...
Sir, this is a Wendy’s.
Thanks! And yeah I really dug Horizon Zero Dawn’s setting a lot and the mythology behind it was actually a really unique take. And I would kill for a water world game.
When the first Division came out, the game starts you off literally a block from where I used to work in Manhattan. So that was weird... Although it got a ton of stuff wrong too but it was a pretty decent representation. Curious to hear from D.C. natives.
No, keep going. I LOVE the cabaret club mini-game in Yakuza 0 and I will shout it from the rooftops.
Our very own Ethan Gach wrote up some extremely helpful tips right here! https://kotaku.com/tetris-99-doesnt-have-a-tutorial-so-heres-what-you-need-1832626364
That’s awesome. I think the major takeaway here is that if it’s fun for you, awesome. I just wanted to hopefully critique some issues I personally have with the game, as someone who also enjoys multiplayer Tetris. I think it’s a really fascinating and experimental first step and I am hopeful that this will also help…
I adore Tetris DS and still dream about it.
Well to be clear, I never said that about Apex Legends. I was referring to starting over again is just a bit more engaging since there are just more fun elements involved in that process. I do feel like luck is a bit more of a factor here and I get why it’s fun for people but yeah, it’s just not for me. I do plan on…
