I can’t help but think given the time-frame, that Mr. Ford being the obstinate bastard he was, still hadn’t gotten over the failed deal with Ferrari and wasn’t going to let another smaller company dictate the terms.
While what I will say will most assuredly be discredited because I don’t have kids myself, I’ll say it anyway; if all the activities you have your child enrolled in are detracting from their studies, then perhaps you should remove them from those and have them concentrate more on their school work?
It’s easy for us to be sideline quarterbacks and tell you what to do with your fleet, but in reality, we all struggle with getting rid of the cars we love.
