Is there a significant difference between latkes and German potato pancakes? These look very similar to the potato pancakes I make, is there some difference in seasoning?

The Baja chalupa. I know there is a way to sort of concoct one via a custom order, but I’d like to just order one without explaining myself. It’s so much better than the supreme. That said, I haven’t had Taco Bell in about a year due to lifestyle changes.

One year back in the 80's I was out of town for a business meeting a few days prior to Thanksgiving. I had a 6pm flight, and the meeting I was in ran late. I barely made it to the airport in time to catch my flight from NYC to Chicago. It turned out there was a blizzard in Chicago, so my flight was diverted to

If they don’t already, pushing your parents to get regular physicals could also help. I’ve been concerned about my dad’s diet for years, but never talked to him about it. His doctor finally convinced him to make some positive changes by pointing on some concerning things in his bloodwork, mainly that he was marching

A few years ago my wife gave me a set of batteries for my power tools. Practical? Yes. Thoughtful, romantic, or meaningful? Not at all.

We have a rule that our kids lose electronic privileges the next day if they don’t clean up before bed. We’ve followed through on this threat, and have had no issues after a few go rounds.

My wife actually has that issue as well, I am thankful for the map display on the dashboard.

If you travel by car be thankful that GPS is now ubiquitous. The first time I travelled with my now wife it was not, and I’m quite certain GPS has saved a lot of frustration since that time.

ET. I watched it several times as a kid, and I just never enjoyed it. I probably haven’t watched since 1991 or so, I don’t remember it well and might like it now.

The old farts are selling it wrong. I don’t think it’s the most laugh out loud movie in Mel Brooks’ canon, but I think it’s definitely one of the top 2-3 films he made.

I personally found it to be a middling Star Wars movie, and don’t think it deserves heaps of praise or negative criticism. I watched it utterly unaware of all of the controversy surrounding it, and simply felt it didn’t live up to the movie that came before it. I think it was a helluva lot better than the movie that

As for your original deal, it’s simply how the EV market goes. It’s still a very regional thing, with CA making up the vast majority of sales in the US.

Yeah, and even days to turn (industry term for what you said) might not be a great measure if there is low inventory. It could be that the inventory that is out there are the less desirable versions of those vehicles.

While fuel prices may be having some impact, the available inventory could be an issue as well. I’m a sales analyst for a major automaker. Earlier in the year we saw unusual increases in less than popular segments, simply because that’s what still had inventory. I’d imagine the used market could be seeing the same

We’ll no doubt continue creating our own concoctions to pass down to future generations (because Lord knows society isn’t going to stop getting drunk anytime soon). It might be worth it to squeeze a little amethyst into the mix of your next ritual, just in case.”

This makes me think of a weather radio my grandparents gave me as a gift 10-15 years ago. It went back into its box pretty quickly. As far as I could tell there were no settings to decide what you do and don’t want to be alerted to. The first time it woke me up in the middle of the night to inform me that a snowstorm

Survey Monkey?

I like it mostly because it is an excuse to eat crunchy bits of butter, sugar and flour

I agree with you that stuffing is the most important. I also love it, and we eat it more than once a year for that reason, same with cranberry sauce. I always buy a buy a small turkey around Thanksgiving, and keep it in the freezer until February or March, and then have sort of a mini Thanksgiving meal. I also buy and

That sounds great to me, but no one outside of my household would be likely to eat them. Sounds similar to you.
